Satisfy your cravings, but try to eat only half of what you really want. You may discover that you're really just after the flavor, not whatever a particular foodstuff can give you. If you need some chocolate, get some and take it easy, and then go back to your weight loss plan.
Few people will tell you this, but as your weight loss plan proceeds and you stop eating as much fat, you're likely to get constipated. You can avoid this, however, by eating fiber, whether it comes in the form of fruit, vegetables, or Metamucil.
