Koko FitClub is a doctor-owned gym in Bradenton, FL which has the latest technology to bring cardio exercise, strength training, and nutrition planning together in one state of the art fitness facility. We\'re unlike any other health club in the Lakewood Ranch area, but our exercise & nutrition methods have been proven effective through decades of health and fitness science. Our system is based on adding lean muscle mass and evaluated by body fat analysis. Whole-body strength workouts combined with an interval-based cardio workout are tremendously effective and are often viewed as the most efficient method of training, as well. Exercise and rest periods are precisely monitored and managed.
