Metro Family Fitness is the fifth Family Fitness location in Michigan. The club features a separate AEROBIC STUDIO and a SPIN STUDIO, offering over 60 group classes weekly. There are a variety of classes such as ZUMBA, yoga, pilates, boot camp, stability ball, powersculpt, kickboxing, boxing, self defense and much more. The brand new ladies only section is a private area for stretching and abdominal exercises, this area also features a circuit of Paramount Lady while still giving access to the rest of the facility. The large lockerooms have plenty of lockers, private dressing rooms, showers and a sauna. Just bring your own lock and a towel. The Daycare is 2,000 sq ft (the largest in Clinton Township) with a large variety of toys, a TV, video games and qualified caring staff. A membership with Metro allows access to 2,300 locations world wide including local affiliates in Royal Oak and Rochester.
