My current certification are by the International Sports Science Association(ISSA) - Certified Fitness Instructor, the American Council on Exercise(ACE) - Certified Personal Trainer, and United States of America Weightlifting(USAW) - Sports Performance Coach. I will work out of your home or mine as well as a gym.
