Architecture Demarest was founded in 1982 by David T. Demarest. One of AD’s early projects was the design of the first student condos in Austin, Texas, garnering a premier in a prominent trade magazine. Since that time, AD has built a reputation for highly innovative, skillfully conceived, and profitable designs for our clients in a wide variety of residential project types. Now, with the opening of an new office in Philadelphia, AD is poised to offer our clients the same quality they have come to expect from us in new areas: health care, institutional and aviation.
